moicity Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction

These Terms & Conditions form the agreement governing access to and use of the moicity website, information, account-related functions and any available gaming or promotional services. A bonus marked X15 generally requires the qualifying amount to be wagered fifteen times before an eligible withdrawal. Availability and Limitation of Liability

A user may stop using moicity and request account closure, subject to completion of pending verification, transaction and record-retention obligations. moicity may suspend or close an account for material breach, unlawful use, fraud risk, underage participation or circumvention of responsible-gambling controls.

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce one right immediately does not waive that right.
